Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and cared for when shopping with bŏdze. If you’re not completely satisfied with a retail product you’ve purchased through our online store, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused retail products within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect

To request a return, please email us at hi@bodze.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item(s) and packaging so we can make it right.

 

Terms of Service – Online Shop

Welcome to the bŏdze online store. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Use

Products sold on this site are for personal use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Always follow the product instructions and consult your physician if you have any concerns before use.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. bŏdze is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’ll always help you track your order if needed.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at hi@bodze.com within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified.

4. Privacy

All customer information is kept confidential. We do not sell or share your personal data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time.
